Support marine coastal operational services that contribute to the implementation of EU Policies and Directives such as MSFD, WFD, CFP and EU Green Deal
Demonstrate the numerical modelling pipeline in three geographically distant high-resolution modelling domains and a reanalysis operational application for the entire Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of mainland Portugal
Consolidate collaboration and provision of seamless ocean solutions between the national marine coastal services and the Copernicus Marine basin-scale service
Engage with national stakeholders to demonstrate the capacities of downscaled operational numerical models for decision making
Validate, document and visualise numerical modelling results inspired in the Copernicus Marine catalogue
Encapsulate the numerical models to enable interoperability and migration to high-performance computers and WeKEO DIAS
Capitalise on the on-going participation in Digital Twin EU projects
Distribute Portuguese high resolution marine coastal products into the Copernicus Marine service portfolio with the open and free Copernicus data policy
